1 Smurfs: The Lost Village on Astro Best TERMS AND CONDITIONS A. BASIC TERMS 1. Organiser MEASAT BROADCAST NETWORK SYSTEMS SDN BHD (Company No A) 2. Name of Contest Smurfs: The Lost Village standalone movie on Astro Best 3. Brief Description of Contest / Programme This Contest is held in conjunction with the Astro Best movie Smurfs: The Lost Village which is available to be purchased via inter alia, the Organiser s website at ( Package ). 4. Brief mechanism of Contest Eligible Contestants are required to subscribe to the Package at RM10.60 (inclusive of Goods and Services Tax) via the Entry Procedure as stated in Clause 11 below during the Contest Period. For the avoidance of doubt, subscription via any other Mode of entry will not be eligible for this Contest and the Prize. The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period. 5. Eligibility Criteria Subject to other criteria set out below, and in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysians of the Age of Eligibility below. The relevant Astro account must not be subject to an existing subscription of the Package as of 5 July Ineligibility Employees and scholars of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and its Group of Companies, and their *immediate family members.

2 * immediate family members means spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters. 7. Age of Eligibility 18 years of age and above as of 5 July Charges Save and except that Contestants are required to subscribe to the Package and be charged a subscription fee as set out in Clause 4 above in order to be eligible to participate in this Contest, the Organiser does not charge for Contest entries submitted by the Contestants. For the purpose of this Contest, a Contest entry is considered valid upon the successful subscription and payment of the relevant Package via the Entry Procedure as stated in Clause 11 below during the Contest Period subject to other criteria set out herein ( Entries ). 9. Contest Period The Contest will be held from 00:00hrs, 5 July 2017 to 23:59hrs, 5 August The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion. 10. Language of Contest The Contest will be organized by the Organiser in the English language. 11. Entry Procedure To participate, eligible Contestants are required to: Step 1 Log on to Organiser s website at Step 2 (for first time login only) Sign up for an Astro ID account by clicking Sign Up ; Step 3 Log into the account, read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice before subscribing to the Package.

Entry Deadline Entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59hrs, 5 August Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for Prizes. 13. Mode Website 14. Address Selection of Winners The first thirty (30) eligible Contestants who send in their Entry with complete details during the Contest Period will be selected as the Winners. Every 10 th successful Entry namely, the 10 th, 20 th, 30 th, 40 th, 50 th, 60 th, 70 th, 80 th.. and 300 th Entries submitted by the eligible Contestants that reach the Organiser will be selected as the Winners. Note: In the event that the number of entries does not reach the requisite number, the Organiser shall be entitled to determine the Winners following any other sequence of entry at its sole discretion. Organiser s decision will be final and no queries and/or appeals will be entertained.

Prize The Winners that are selected per Clause 15 above will be rewarded as follows: The 30 Winners will receive: 1. 1x Cotton drawstring bag, containing: 1. 1x Bloom plush toy 2. 1x 3D keychain 3. 1x Notebook 4. 1x Lanyards 17. Notification of Winners Winners will receive an notification from the Organiser no later than September 5, 2017 and are then required to provide their full information including his/her full address to the Organiser. 18. Collection Period Within one (1) month from the date of Notification of Winners by the Organiser. Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited. 19. Collection Venue Prizes will be sent to the Winners at the address as provided by such Winners. Winners may be required to collect the Prizes in person at such location as may be notified by the Organiser. 20. Additional Terms, if any a) Eligible Contestants may submit multiple entries in the Contest. However, each Astro account is only entitled to one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period. Any subsequent Prize even if so announced shall be null and void. b) The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials for verification purposes. c) The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the Prizes delivered by post.

5 d) The Terms and Conditions herein shall be read together with the provisions in the prevailing terms and conditions governing the Astro First and Astro Best movie subscription in general i.e. Astro First and Astro Best Terms and Conditions ( Advanced Booking Terms and Conditions ). In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions herein and those contained in the Advanced Booking Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions governing the Contest shall prevail in so far as they apply to the Contest. The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively Terms and Conditions ) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all participants who enter in this Contest ( Participants ). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Participants of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
