Mr. Billy Nungesser, President of Plaquemines Parish, and Mr. P. J. Hahn, Coastal Zone Director, to address the Council regarding coastal restoration in Plaquemines. 2. Mr. Trey Haik requests to address the Council to announce his candidacy for New Iberia City Court Judge. 3.
