4 Property Standards Committee Meeting Minutes NOVEMBER 22, 2016 Committee moved to the Board Room to deliberate The Chair presented the Committee's direction which is as follows: That, further to the hearing on November 22, 2016 of an appeal of the Property Standards order dated September 16, 2016, with a compliance date of October 6, 2016, to Ontario Limited, being Registered Owner of the property municipally known as 919 Division Street, Cobourg Ontario, the subject order be modified And that the Property Standards Order dated September 16, 2016 shall be fully complied with in accordance with Town of Cobourg By-law No-18-99, and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Town of Cobourg, as follows: That in the matter of the appeal of the Property Standards Order dated September 15, 2016 concerning the property municipally known as 919 Division Street Cobourg, Ontario be confirmed and extended time for Compliance of the order to January 31, 2016 ADJOURNMENT Moved by P Delanty, That the meeting be adjourned at 5:49 pm Carried Page 4 of 5
