Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, approval is granted to Upton Resources Inc. to produce the well Upton Star Valley HZ 3D13-13-D , according to good production practice. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, MRO 1045/94 PB 88 dated December 1, 1994 is rescinded and the following area is designated and identified as an oil and gas pool named the Whitemud Shaunavon Pool, effective April 1, 1995: Lands west of the Third Meridian: in Township 5, in Range 20: the north-west and north-east quarters of Section 16, the north-west and north-east quarters of Section 17, Sections 19 to 21 and 27 to 33; in Township 6, in Range 20: Sections 4, 5 and 9; in Township 5, in Range 21: the south-east and north-east quarters of Section 24. The application submitted by Pinnacle Resources Inc. to conduct a pilot waterflood project in the Whitemud Shaunavon Pool is approved pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act. Permission is granted to construct the facilities and to recomplete the wells Pinnacle Whitemud and Canyon Creek Whitemud as pressure maintenance water injection wells, in accordance with plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as Document No. P.M. 956 and subject to the following conditions: 1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a field representative of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines prior to commencement of water injection and subsequent to any modification to such installations. 2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximum of kpa. 3 Annual project reports shall be submitted to the Engineering Services Branch of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines. Canadian Pioneer Energy Inc. has submitted an application to drill an off-target well due to surface obstruction within the target area. Pursuant to section 27 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, permission is granted to drill an off-target well to produce from the Colony Formation located in legal subdivision 10 of Section W3M, subject to the following: 1 The maximum allowable rate of production will be calculated without penalty. Dated at Regina, Saskatchewan, March 14, MRO 220/95 A 76. Stampeder Exploration Ltd. has submitted an application to drill an exploratory off-target well to verify seismic interpretation. Pursuant to section 27 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, permission is granted to drill an off-target well to produce from the Basal Mannville located in legal subdivision 2 of Section W3M, subject to the following: 1 The net productive area used in calculating the maximum allowable rate of production shall be determined in accordance with subsection 30(1) of The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, Dated at Regina, Saskatchewan, March 14, MRO 221/95 A 77. North Canadian Oils Limited has submitted an application to drill an off-target well because the on-target well is abandoned. Pursuant to section 27 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, permission is granted to drill an off-target well to produce from the Colony Sand located in legal subdivision 4 of Section W3M, subject to the following: 1 The net productive area used in calculating the maximum daily allowable shall be determined in accordance with subsection 30(1) of The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, Dated at Regina, Saskatchewan, March 17, OTHER AREAS SALT WATER DISPOSAL MRO 230/95. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act, the application submitted by Arrowwood Oil & Gas Ltd. for disposing of salt water recovered from oilfield production by injection into the Dina Sand through the well located on legal subdivision 1 of Section W3M is approved, in accordance with plans and specifications filed with the Department as Document No. S.W.D. 459 and subject to the following conditions: 1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a field representative of the Department prior to the commencement of salt water injection and subsequent to any modifications to such installations. 2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximum of kilopascals. 3 All injection volumes shall be metered with a Department approved method. 4 The injection packer shall be set within five metres of the top set of disposal perforations. This approval does not authorize the applicant to dispose of salt water without the consent of all the mineral owners, other than the Crown, that might reasonably be adversely affected by such disposal.
