2 The deadline to request placement on the meeting agenda for a general presentation before the Delegation (not related to local bills) is also 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 7, All requests to be placed on the agenda must be submitted in writing to State Representative Dane Eagle, Chairman, Lee County Legislative Delegation, 1039 SE 9th Place, Suite 310, Cape Coral, FL 33990, or by to dane.eagle@myfloridahouse.gov. Requests made by electronic mail will be acknowledged within two (2) days of receiving the request. Presenters who wish to provide supporting materials to the Delegation must submit five (5) copies of those materials to the address above by 5:00pm on Monday, January 7, Each set of materials must be printed on letter-size paper and three-hole punched at the left margin.
