Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida, with the following members present: Commissioner R. Greg Harris Commissioner Jack L. Richie Commissioner Don Elwell Commissioner James L. Brooks Commissioner William R. Handley Also present: Randy Vosburg, County Administrator; Tasha Morgan, Assistant County Administrator, Joy Carmichael, County Attorney; Jerome Kaszubowski, Business Services Director for the Clerk of Courts; and Pamela Gamez, Deputy Clerk. 2.
