MACHAERUS Madaba - Referred to as "The City of Mosaics". In many respects Madaba is a typical East Bank town which differs in one major aspect: underneath almost every house lies a ne Byzantine mosaic. Greek Orthodox Church of St. George - is a 6thcentury Byzantine showing the entire region from Jordan and Palestine in the north, to Egypt in the south. Amman - The trip south of Amman along the 5,000 years old King's Highway is one of the most memorable journeys in the Holy Land, passing through a string of ancient sites in Jordan, the memorial of Moses, and the presumed site of the prophet's death and burial place. From a platform in front of the church one can enjoy a breathtaking view across the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. DEAD SEA Dead Sea -Bordering Israel, the West Bank and Jordan is a salt lake whose banks are more than 400m below sea level, the lowest point on dry land. It's famous hyper saline water makes oating easy,

4 and its mineral rich black mud is used for therapeutic and cosmetic treatments at area resorts. The surrounding desert offers many oasis and historic sites. Machaerus - Is a forti ed hilltop palace located in Jordan 25 km southeast of the mouth of the Jordan River on the eastern side of the Dead Sea. According to Flavius Josephus, it is the location of the imprisonment and execution of John the Baptist. According to the chronology of the Bible (Mark 6:24; Matthew 14:8), this infamous execution took place in 32 AD shortly before the Passover, following an imprisonment of two years. The site also provides the setting for four additional New Testament characters: Herod the Great; his son, Tetrarch Herod Antipas; his second wife, Princess Herodias, and her daughter, Princess Salome. YARDENIT Capernaum - Where Jesus began his Galilean ministry, see the synagogue which dates to the time of Jesus and the site of Peter's home. Sea of Galilee - Where Jesus calmed the storm and walked on the water. Yardenit - The traditional baptismal site DAY 6: HAIFA - MOUNT CARMEL - JOPPA (TEL AVIV) - JERUSALEM Highlights of the day: Haifa, Stella Maris Monastery, St. Peter's Church, Persian Hanging Gardens STELLA MARIS MONASTERY Ø Proceed to Haifa. Ø Visit the Famous Persian Hanging Gardens for a view of the Bahai Shrine. Ø Make a brief halt at the Stella Maris Monastery. Ø Continue to Muhraqa. Ø Proceed to Joppa (Tel Aviv).

Haifa - Israel's largest port city, built on the slopes of Mt. Carmel. Stella Maris Monastery - See the caves of Mount Carmel where Elijah, the prophet lived. DAY 7: BETHLEHEM - MOUNT ZION JERICHO Highlights of the day: Bethlehem, Church of the Nativity, Shepherds eld, tomb of King David, Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu, Mount of Temptation and Sycamore Tree Ø Proceed to Bethlehem, Ø Visit the Church of the Nativity. Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu - which symbolizes Peter's Denial of Jesus as he has prophesied at the Last Supper and then visit the traditional house of high priest, Caiaphas, where Jesus was imprisoned. Mount of Temptation and Sycamore Tree - It is also DOMINUS FLEVIT

7 the place where Jesus stopped on this way to Jerusalem, on the Eve of the Passover and were Jesus cured the blind man during his stay at Zachaeus house. DAY 8: OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM - GOLGOTHA - MOUNT OF OLIVES GETHSEMANE Highlights of the day: Holy Mass at St. Mark's chapel, St. Mark Convent, Beit Hasda, Via Dolorosa, 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha, Chapel of Dominus Flevit, Garden of Gethsemane, Basilica of Agony, Tomb of St. Mary BASILICA OF AGONY CHAPEL OF FLAGELLATION Ø Holy Mass at St. Mark's chapel. Ø Visit St. Mark Convent Ø Visit the pools of Beit Hasda,. St. Mark Convent - The traditional site where Mary went to sleep after Cruzi cation, Last Supper Room, where we remember the last supper and the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles on Pentecost. Beit Hasda - Where Jesus helped the crippled man Via Dolorosa - Traditionally accepted as the last route trodden by Jesus. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha, the place where Jesus was cruci ed marking signi cant events along the route. Chapel of the Flagellation - Where, according to tradition, the Roman soldiers scourged Jesus and placed a crown of thorns on His head CONVENT OF SISTERS OF ZION Ecce Homo Arch - Early tradition held that Pontius Pilate stood here and thundered "Ecce Homo!" Which means "Behold the man", Which is what Pilate said when he presented Jesus to the crowd.

8 However, we now know that pagan Emperor Hadrian constructed the arch. Convent of the Sisters of Zion - Below the Convent are the Lithotrities where Jesus was publicly tried and where the Roman soldiers mocked him. The last 5 Stations of the Cross are inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre visible from the distance, with its two silver domes. Chapel of Dominus Flevit - Where Jesus wept over eminent destruction of Jerusalem. The chapel is built in the shape of a tear as a poignant reminder to this event. Garden of Gethsemane - Where Jesus prayed while Judah betrayed him to the Romans. DAY 9: EIN KAREM - BETHANY TABA Highlights of the day: Ein Karem, Judah, Church of Visitation, Lazarus Tomb. Ø Dinner and overnight stay at hotel BURNING BUSH St. Catherine Monastery - Set beneath the mountain where Moses is said to have received the Ten Commandments, Saint Catherine Monastery has been one of the world's great centres of religious pilgrimage for over fteen centuries. Within its imposing walls rests a citadel like no other, incredibly rich in important religious and historical structures. Among its treasures is a library of ancient manuscripts and icons second only to the Vatican's itself, and a 6th century church reputed to lie directly on the site of the Burning Bush. CATHERINE MONASTERY Pharanoic Village - It is Egypt's historic park. It's a unique place where Egypt's entire history is explained in 2 to 3 hours including our ancient history as well as our modern history. It is located on an island in the Nile, just 3 miles south of the centre of Cairo. In this village you are transported by oating amphitheatres, and a hundred actors and actresses demonstrate scenes from ancient Egypt (Papyrus making, sculpting, home building.etc.). DAY 12: CAIRO - PYRAMIDS - DUBAI Highlights of the day: Pyramids, Sphinx PHARANOIC VILLAGE Ø Proceed to visit Pyramids and Sphinx. Ø Lunch at restaurant. Ø Return to hotel Ø Check out from hotel. 10 Pyramids - The last surviving member of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramid of Giza. There are in fact three main pyramids in Giza; the Great Pyramid of Khufu (or Cheops), The Pyramid of Kafhre and the smaller Pyramid of Menkaura. Each Pyramid is a tomb to a different King of Egypt. Sphinx - or Abu al-hol in Arabic, "Father of Terror". Carved out of a single block of stone, this enormous cat-like sculpture has mesmerized millions of visitors. A contract is entered into once your travel agent or Trio Travels LLC receives your signed booking form and deposit, and we accept and con rm the booking. Please note that travel arrangements are not con rmed until stated so in writing by Trio Travels LLC PAYMENT A deposit of $1000 per person is required to secure reservations, which will be applied to the price of the tour. Additional deposits may be required. The balance of the cost must be paid 90 days before you travel. Payments must be paid to the order of Trio Travels LLC Inc. If the nal balance is not received on time Trio Travels LLC reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you and cancellation charges may be applied. If you book your travel within 90 days of departure, the full amount must be paid at booking. CREDIT CARDS All prices quoted include a 4 % discount for payment by cash, check and Money order. Ÿ Still, video, lm and professional camera fees ALTERATIONS MADE TO THE SCHEDULED PROGRAM Our tours are planned in advance and changes may be unavoidable due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure or similar reasons beyond our control, such as delays in departures on travel booking or closure of a hotel, strikes, riots, natural occurrences, decisions by State Government or Tourist Organizations altering the itinerary, the duration of time spend in a city or even omiptting a city or part of the itinerary due to a local situation. In such cases we will offer comparable alternative arrangements. If any of the circumstances listed above occur during the course of the tour, we reserve the right to alter the schedule itinerary accordingly and no compensation will be paid. We will make every reasonable effort to provide you with the booked tour arrangements but minor changes may occur. If they are signi cant we shall, if possible inform you or your travel agent before departure. In the event of such amendment being made, you will be liable for any cancellation/retention charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by Trio Travels LLC and their agents in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Please note that Trio Travels LLC will not be liable to reimburse additional expenses undertaken by the client in preparation for the tour. These include and are not limited to international tickets, used mileage awards and fees, cost of visas, immunization etc. TOUR PRICES Tour prices are based on US dollars (Unless otherwise noted) and exchange rates in effect. They are subject to variation if there are increases due to governmental actions, additional taxes, exchange rates, increases in scheduled airfare or increases in fuel surcharges. Any increase in the original tour price will be noti ed to you at least 90 days before departure. If you make your booking within 90 days of departure surcharge will be included in your invoice. Trio Travels LLC will absorb an amount equivalent to two percent of tour price. Any surcharge will not exceed 10 percent of the listed tour price. If you settle the nal balance by the due date we will absorb any price increases after that due date. In return for this commitment, we are unable to make any refund or reduce any other costs should the value of the US dollar improve against the currencies used. For scheduled group departures, it may be necessary to re-cost your tour due to low number of participants. You will be contacted 90 days prior to your departure date and advised should a supplementary fee apply. If all group members accept the increased cost the tour will operate as scheduled. However, if the supplement is not accepted by you then you will be entitled to full refund of all monies paid or a transfer to another tour. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES Trio Travels LLC makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with the travel services you purchase. We do not own or operate any of the accommodations, transport or other facilities used in connection with our tours. We therefore cannot accept liability for negligence of the staff of these organizations. These parties are independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. Trio Travels LLC is not liable in the event of any failure by any person or company to render any transportation, accommodation or other travel service to be provided on the journeys, or for expenses incurred due to delays caused

12 by weather, strikes, war, civil disturbances, natural disasters, ight delays, government actions, mechanical failures or any acts of God. Trio Travels LLC cannot assume any responsibility for ight delays, cancellations or missed connections and is not liable for any expenses or consequences resulting therefrom, and such expenses shall be borne by the client. When you travel with an airline the Conditions of Carriage of that airline will apply. These conditions are subject to International Agreements and may limit or exclude liability. The participant waives any claim against Trio Travels LLC for any damage to, or loss of, or injury to, or death of, due to any act, or negligence of any airlines, surface transportation companies, hotels or any person rendering any of the services or accommodations included. Trio Travels LLC cannot be held responsible for any claim, losses, damages for delay of baggage or other properties, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset and disappointments, distress or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party providing services. We do take all responsible steps to insure that organizations providing service maintain standards, which are acceptable within the norm in each locality. The participant assumes the risks and understands that all travel has inherent risk that may result in injury or death and that participation in activities, including but not limited to driving, hiking, walking on uneven surfaces, riding on rough roads, rafting, boating, canoeing, riding in helicopters, on trains, in boats, swimming, sur ng, horseback or camel riding, and any other activities. The information contained in this brochure has been compiled with all reasonable care, is accurate to best of knowledge and is given in good faith. Trio Travels LLC highly recommend you to purchase Travelers insurance to protect your travel investment. Without insurance in case of accident, you may have to pay out of your own pocket for medical evacuation, medical care or other large expenses. All services are subject to the laws of the countries in which these services are rendered. Venue for all claims or disputes shall be exclusively in whose courts using SFO law, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Damage claims against Trio Travels LLC shall be limited to the value of the particular item in dispute and not for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. Trio Travels LLC assumes responsibility for representations it makes, but not for those made by others, but not limited to, any employee of Trio Travels LLC or independent travel agent. Payment for reservations on any Trio Travels LLC travel arrangements shall constitute consent to all the provisions in the Booking Terms & Conditions published herein and is binding on all travel participants. CANCELLATION If you wish to cancel your travel arrangements, you must notify Trio Travels LLC in writing by letter, fax or to Trio Travels LLC. Please note deposits are non-refundable. Please state the reason for cancellation as your reason for cancellation may be covered by insurance policy under their covered reasons. If noti cation of cancellation is received more than 90 days before departure you will only lose your deposit.
