2 Description of Project Mainly of the refugee population is young people aged between and when it is looked up the percentage of young population ( aged ), it is around %60 and in Turkey the counts get more and more to the %80 of all refugee population. Most of those young people had to be educated to prevent their marginalization in future and included in the society. Towards those issues, with parallely to School Education, there should be opportunities for young refugees to participate education processes in Youth Sector. Although, The youth workers are not competent enough to provide educational opportunities in EU and neighbouring countries such Turkey and Macedonia.With the project, we would like to carry out this project to address the problem of inclusion of refugees in non-formal education context in youth work and create synergies among the participating organizations to future cooperation for the inclusive education methods. Thus, the project proposal aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers and youth leaders in finding proper approaches for fostering the inclusion of refugees and also marginalized young people with migration background. More specifically the projects' objectives are; - To strengthen the understanding of inclusion and its challenges for young refugees and young people with migration background To create strategies on youth work context to improve the quality of youth services which are develop for refugees and young people with migration background - To explore the role of youth work in inclusion strategies on educational services - To create and implement local activities on inclusion of young refugees and young people with migration background - To strengthen ties between people and organisations engaged in the field of youth work The project will be implemented between the dates ( including arrival and departure days ) with the participation of 10 countries and 28 participants and 4 trainers. The methodology of the training will be based on the non-formal education methods such role-plays, case studies and group work and there will be aspace for participants to try out their own methods. Our project " Integration of Non-formal Education Methods to Youth Works for Refugees" will take place in Marmaris, Turkey between April There exist 10 countries which are Belgium, Turkey, Sweden, Romania, Greece,Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Norway, Lithuania, Poland and Germany in our Project. There are totally 32 participants as each country consists of 3 participiants. 1 P a g e

Accommodation and Venue Marmaris,Turkey Marmaris is a touristic place in south of Turkey. It is located in Muğla. Marmaris has seaside to Mediterranean Sea. It is clear and there are so many beaches. Sun shines during the almost whole year. In summer, tourists always comes here. Marine and fishing are improved much. There are many fish restaurants that are famous around both the city and the country. Also Marmaris is a historical place. There are many residuals that comes from old civilizations, cultures and religions. For example, there are many churches, mosques and castles. If you want, you may observe these evidence in the Museum of Marmaris. Moreover, there is a harbor that is huge. Therefore, trade is improved. Many sightseeing spots can be seen on daily tours from Marmaris, such as the famous Pamukkale and Ephesus, Dalyan. Private car parking is available. TİME PLAN Before buying the tickets confirm with us the chosen flights. Day of arrival is set to 09 April, departure day is 17 April. INSURANCE All the participiants are responsible to obtain a health and full travel insurance. The costs for the insurance have to be covered by you. İf applicable remember your Health Insurance Card. Transportation Each participant is responsible for managing his/her own transportation from his/her home to venue of the project. However, we advise you to organize it collectively with members of your own national team. Please do not buy your flight tickets before confirming with us. Your flight alternatives are as follows: The closest airport to Marmaris is Dalaman airport. 3 P a g e

5 4 P a g e Check first direct flight from your country to Dalaman airport You can have a connecting flight from Istanbul to Dalaman, which is possible to be found, or you can also take a bus from İstanbul to Marmaris ( İstanbul-Bodrum 700 km it will last 8 hours by bus one way costs 25 euros) when you landed at Dalaman airport take Havas (it is a bus company belongs to airport ) bus and go to Marmaris center (the last station is called as bus terminal. We will meet you there and take you to the hotel) Important This is a Training Course so there is no age limit. Preferably Each group consists of 3 participants (Turkey and Belgium 4 participiants ) Cost Expenses of transportation within project week, meals and accommodation will be covered by hosting organization, you are only responsible for your personal expenses There is a different superior limit for each country according to distance calculator of European Commission. See table below. On your ticket (flight, bus, train) your name, surname, date and amount must be written In case you have an unpriced ticket, you must have an invoice stating the amount. Please scan the page of your passport which includes your photo and send it to suleymanprojects@gmail.com and before the project so that we be able to complete your registrations for the hotel. Put your invoice, arrival boarding pass, scanned page of your passport (or the copy of your identity card for the ones who come only with their ID card) in an envelope on which your name is written and give us it in the first day you arrive. If you lose your boarding pass or after project if you do not send the original form of your boarding pass, your travel expenses are not to be covered. Missing tickets will not be reimbursed. Money transfer will be in EURO and will be transfer to partner NGO or group leader s amount after we recieved original bording passes and tickets from your country team(for example if we recieved original bordingpasses from 3 Romanian participiants 10 days after project we are going to transfer their travel costs immediately )Regardless of the currency indicated on your ticket and

6 receipt/invoice. We would like to remind you that flight tickets need to be economy class. Use of taxis is not covered. Expenses incurred by participants before or after the official duration of the training course cannot be covered. Following the guidelines of the Erasmus + programme the return travel must be realized by the participants on direct way within maximum 2 days. In case of longer stays or indirect travelling (holiday travel etc.) there is no chance of reimbursement of travel costs. Maybe a traditional dance or a street game from your childhood? A short presentation of your country, maybe a small quiz with an award? We would like to take photo with your national flag and taste your national drink!
