1 EN EXPLANATORY NOTE The following tables are based on a number of considerations, based on the way that Donor Coordination and reporting on Donor financing function in Sri Lanka: The state institution mandated for keeping track of donors financing is the 'External Resources Department' (ERD) The very same institution does not differentiate between ODA/Non-ODA Grants from donors that do not work via government channels but that nevertheless communicate to ERD are not always included in the ERD figures As a consequence, the following tables had to be populated using a mix of data extrapolated by ERD figures together with ad hoc surveys and inquiries with donor agencies.
