MINISTERS ORDERS/ARRÊTÉS MINISTÉRIELS The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997 [section 20.1] ESTABLISHMENT OF SPEED LIMIT ZONE PROVINCIAL HIGHWAY NO. 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, effective immediately, pursuant to section 20.1 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister establishes a speed zone under Schedule A by erecting official signs stating the speed limit at the following location: 110 km/hr on Provincial Highway No. 1 from its intersection with the Manitoba/Saskatchewan Boundary to a point 788 metres east of its junction with Provincial Highway No. 9. Dated at Regina, Saskatchewan, the 10th day of November, PROVINCIAL HIGHWAY NO. 13 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, effective immediately, pursuant to section 20.1 of The Highways and Transportation Act, 1997, the Minister establishes a speed zone under Schedule A by erecting official signs stating the speed limit at the following location: 100 km/hr on Provincial Highway No. 13 from 1.2 km west of the Verwood Access Road to 14 km west of the Verwood Access Road.
