AND TAKE NOTCE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontaro Muncpal Board n respect of the ByLaw by flng wth the Clerk of The Corporaton of the Cty of Kngston not later than the 26 th day of February, a Notce of Appeal settng out the objecton to the ByLaw and the reasons n support of the objecton. The objecton must be accompaned by the fee requred by the Ontaro Muncpal Board. Only ndvduals, corporatons and publc bodes may appeal a Zonng ByLaw to the Ontaro Muncpal Board. A notce of appeal may not be fled by an unncorporated assocaton or g roup. However, a notce of appeal may be fled n the name of an ndvdual who s a member of the assocaton or group on ts behaff.
