BUSINESS VISA: Application form - filled out in BLACK INK and in BLOCK CAPTIALS; Original passport valid for at least 6 months; 2 standard passport sized colour photographs with white background; A recent letter of employment, signed by your employer, printed on headed paper, stating the nature of the business, your position, start date in the company, the purpose and the duration of the visit in Saudi Arabia; Invitation letter for Business Visa (this is applied for through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, obtained by the sponsor company in Saudi); Copy of work ID/badge; in case applicant does not have this, a Certificate of incorporation AND a copy of a business card should be enclosed instead. All candidates with approved visa applications will be invited to attend a finger print ID procedure. After the procedure has taken place (once the bio-data information has been collected), the passport with the approved visa will be released. Please note that, other documents may be requested at the discretion of the embassy. The provided processing time is given as a general guideline - actual waiting times may vary! Please note that, other documents may be requested at the discretion of the embassy. The provided processing time is given as a general guidelines - actual waiting times may vary. The visa fee is non-refundable even in the event that your application is delayed or rejected. Passports are required for the entire processing time. In the event of loss or damage to any passport or documents received, Visa First liability will be limited to the actual value of the passport/document. Visa First accepts no liability for consequential loss. You must travel with the same passport you hold at time of completing this application. If you obtain a new passport after your visa has been issued, please contact Visa First Help Desk for advice. In this case eallocation fees may apply.
