1 SYRIA CRISIS HUMANITARIAN RELIEF OPERATION
2 Migration & Refugee Services Department The Turkish Red Crescent Migration & Refugee Services Department was founded to run all the programmes and activities related to migration cases inside Turkey, in which TRC involvement needed, in coordination with the line ministries and institutions. Main activities of the Department are; - Syria Crisis Humanitarian Relief Operation, - Auxiliary role in reception, accommodation and voluntary repatriation of the migrants in Turkey, - Preparation and implementation of projects related to the activities of the Department.

4 Syrian IDPs Due to the ongoing armed conflict in Syria since March 2011; more than Syrian citizens lost their lives in Syria, while Syrians forced to other countries.

8 Border Relief Activities 12 border points Vehicles sent Border relief activities are basically the delivery of in-kind humanitarian relief items on the zero point of the Turkish-Syrian border, which are donated by national or international donors. Turkish Red Crescent started border relief activities in August 2012, following the increase in basic humanitarian needs inside Syria ,81 TL Total shipment amount kg/piece/lt Relief item amount 55,45 % Food percentage in overall shipments 1096 Donors Institutional- Individual
