2 Migration & Refugee Services Department The Turkish Red Crescent Migration & Refugee Services Department was founded to run all the programmes and activities related to migration cases inside Turkey, in which TRC involvement needed, in coordination with the line ministries and institutions. Main activities of the Department are; - Syria Crisis Humanitarian Relief Operation, - Auxiliary role in reception, accommodation and voluntary repatriation of the migrants in Turkey, - Preparation and implementation of projects related to the activities of the Department.

4 Syrian IDPs Due to the ongoing armed conflict in Syria since March 2011; more than Syrian citizens lost their lives in Syria, while Syrians forced to other countries.

8 Border Relief Activities 12 border points Vehicles sent Border relief activities are basically the delivery of in-kind humanitarian relief items on the zero point of the Turkish-Syrian border, which are donated by national or international donors. 16 Child Protection Project As Part of the Syria Emergency Response The aim of the Project is to pave the way for schoolaged Syrian children and adolescents to reach safe, participatory and supportive activities; To increase the resilience and compatibility values of 4-18 year-old Syrian children; To reach all children including those with disabilities; To let them cope with the new environment as well as the cultural diversity they face in Turkey; To let them forget about the war, or the destructive effects of war as much as possible. handiworks empathy hygiene bullying chess sports origami drama communication skills

19 Community Center Project In coordination with IFRC and UNICEF, TRC Community Centers Project was initiated in 2015, with the goal to provide psychosocial support, education and referral services to Syrian people reside in urban areas of Turkey. 6 main services are being provided in community centers of TRC; Child Programmes Adult Programmes Seminars Other Psychosocial Activities Case tracking and Referral services Harmonization and Cultural Activities
