Secton of the Government Code of Gu~~ hereby amended to read as follows: "Secton 2S 018. 'Publc eatng place': 'Meals': 'Guests': 'Publc premses'., 'Publc eatng place' means a place whch s regularly us~d and kept open for the servng or meals to guests for compensaton a~d whch has sutable k tchen facltes connected therer,vt'h',contanlng convenences for cookng an assortment of foods whch may be requred for ordnary meals, the ktchen of whch must be kept n a santary condton wth the prope~ amount o~ refrgeraton for keepng of food on sad premses andmust comply ~th all the regulatons of'the Department of Health. 'Publc eatng place' also means a conventon center, exhbt hall, or audtorum, whch ls regularly used and kept open for the attendance of guests, and n connecton wth suc.h use serves meals to such guests for compensaton, and whch has sutable ktchen facltes n connecton therewth, as defned above. 'Meals' as used n ths secton, means food commonly ordered at a lunch or dnner; provded, however, that the servce of food such as sandwches or salads not be deemed complance wth ths requrement~ l, '.." 'Guests' shall mean persons who, durng the hours whe~ meals are regularly served theren, come to a publc eatng place for the purpose of obtanng, and actually order and obtan at such tme, n good fath, a meal theren. 'Publc premses' means: (a) Premses lcensed wth any type of lcense other than an on-sale beer lcense, and mantaned and operated for the sellng or servng of alcoholc beverages to the publc for consumpton on the. prem1ses, and n whch food shall not be sold or served to the publc as n a publc eatng place, but upon whch premses food products may be sold or served ncdentally to the sale or servce of alcoholc beverages, 1n accor- dance wth rules prescrbed by the depar~ment. A person holdng a temporary beer or general lcense 1S authorzed to sell beer or every knd of alcoholc beyerage: dependent upon type of lcense held for consumpton wth;n an area defned n the lcense by the Board on premses temporarly occuped for the purpose of pcnc, specal gatherng or smlar occasons specfed by the Board for tons and clubs are consdered elgble persons for holdng a perod not exceedng ten (10) days. Non-proft orgatlzaa tempor~ry beer,or general lcense, when conductng carnvals, or~specal,- gatherngs for fund rasng purposes.b. 1. Sect10n 4. A lcensee may begn sellng or servng alcoholc beverages at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday nclusve." Secton 6. Secton of the Government Code of Guam ls hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: "Secton Same: off-sale. An off-sale lcensee shall not sell alcoholc beverages after 10:00 p.m. A lcensee may begn sellng alcoholc beverages at 9:00 a~m. Monday through Sunday nclusve." r
