Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary d. Vedanthangal Wildlife Sanctuary The Point Calimere Wildlife Sanctuary is located in Tamilnadu on the coramandel coast. It is one among the Ramsar wetland sites located in India. Dry ever green forests, mangrove forests and wetlands the natural habitats and the cape includes the sanctuary area. The forests of Point Calimere, remains the last of the dry evergreen forests that were once typical of the eco region of the East Deccan dry evergreen forests. Flamingos, Indian blackbuck, spoon-billed sandpiper can be found in large numbers in this area. Painted stork, little stint, Sea gull and Brown-headed gull are normally found in the sanctuary. The Recent cyclone Gaja had caused immense damage to the Point Calimere wildlife and bird sanctuary. 2) Consider the following statements with respect to North Sentinel

Under the Foreigners (Restricted Areas) Order, 1963, the following areas have been declared as `Restricted Areas :- Andaman & Nicobar Islands - Entire Union Territory Sikkim - Part of the State In August 2018, the government of India removed the Restricted Area Permit (RAP) from 29 islands in Andaman Islands. North Sentinel Island is one of these islands. The RAP was removed with the objective of promoting tourism. The order will remain in force till December This means that foreigners are no longer required to seek permission to visit any of these islands. Recently, an American tourist was allegedly killed by the primitive Sentinelese tribe. 3) Consider the following statements with respect to the Virtual Climate Summit held recently 1.
