4 Consideration of the Minutes of the November 14, 2018 Board of Supervisors Meeting The Board reviewed the minutes of the November 14, 2018 Board of Supervisors Meeting. On MOTION by Mr. Williams, seconded by Ms. Crofoot, with all in favor, the Board approved the Minutes of the November 14, 2018 Board of Supervisors Meeting. THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Business Matters Ratification of Funding Request The Board reviewed Funding Request On MOTION by Mr. Williams, seconded by Ms. Foster, with all in favor, the Board ratified Funding Request The Board reviewed the District s financial statements. Review of District Financial Statements. On MOTION by Mr. Williams, seconded by Ms. Foster, with all in favor, the Board accepted the District Financial Statements. FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Other Business Staff Reports
