2 ARTICLE VII - Governing Body Current Bylaw Article Section 1. Board of Directors The governing body of the Association shall be its Board of Directors. Said Board may adopt such rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings and the management of the Association, as it may deem proper. The Board will consist of the following officers: President Vice President Secretary Treasurer Uniform Coordinator The Executive Committee of the Association shall have the authority to appoint the following positions: Uniform Coordinator

5 ARTICLE XII - Duties of the Board of Directors Current Bylaw Article H. Uniform Coordinator Research new uniform packages and present options to the board for approval Assign numbers and keep accurate records of all teams Work with PLSC Administrator as needed to maintain merchandise store Liaison to our club merchandise vendor for uniforms and gear. Assist in the administration of annual competitive player placement evaluations as needed. Perform such other duties as the office may require, or as directed by the President or the Executive Committee. Proposed Change H. Communications Coordinator Monitor and/or assist in the updating of the Association website. Develop a yearly communication schedule to develop the growth of the club Assist with annual competitive player placement evaluations Coordinate and administer club communications to membership and to media outlets Oversee and administer club social media efforts Assist Club Administrator with communication functions Assist in the administration of annual travel program evaluations as needed. Perform such other duties as the office may require, or as directed by the President or the Executive Committee.
