1 Preliminary List of Signers: State Legislators Across the Country Call on the U.S. Senate to Move Quickly and Without a Filibuster to an Up-or-Down Vote on Judge Alito s Nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court We have asked state legislators across the country to sign onto a letter asking the U.S. Senate to quickly pass the nomination of Samuel A.
