Larger font Power Point presentation of Financial Report suggested for future meetings. Detailed explanation of Financial Report by CFO. Review of membership dues (# thru #400.17) and Fair Share dues (# thru #420.17) For the Good of the Union, Stewards should be Custodians accountable for the security of Financial Records. Quarterly billing language for release time in both DC and CSD recommended for negotiations. Scholarships will be funded and sent out August 1st. Larry Octon Page 3 of6

S.E.T.C "Global Grievance" is of great concern to C.S.U. negotiations team. P.E.R.B Hearing on re-direct ofuc DC Merced will proceed. Update on negotiations: CSU in progress, UCLA ratified, UCSD in progress, UC Merced in progress, UCI in fact finding. In range progression raises for the CSU addressed/discussed. Approximately 150 level III campus level in CSU. JOC DC Merced has not been renewed. Return to work "with limitations" is covered in MOU. Union activists are being targeted. S.E.T.C. is not being notified of available work that is being contracted out as per MOU. Southern J.H.S.C. training scheduled August, is", and 16 CSU Fullerton. Northern dates and location pending. Completion of new website six to eight weeks away, temporary availability of old website suggested. Vacant UCSD Executive Board seat addressed. (C.S.U.) J.A.T.C. meeting scheduled August 17 th (Committee members: John Howard, Herb Dickerson, Drew Scott, Carl Kimberlin) Emergency Relief Fund: $ in donations collected.
