Now, therefore, a revised final seniority list of the members of the Jainmu and Kashmir, Privaic Secrelarics of Heads of Departments Cadrc (Gazetted) Seivice as it stood on , lorming annexure to this order, is hereby circulated among all members of the service for their information. An!; officer appointed to the service after the issuance of Government Order No. 239-GAD of 2014 datcd and agggevcd with assignment of his/her position in the seniority list or with his/her date of birth, may represent to the General Administration Department along with documentary evidence, within a period of 21 days from the issuance of the aforesaid list. The date of birth recorded in the seniority lis: shall not be taken as authentic but shall be subject to verification from Service Rook / Matriculation Certificate of the concerned officers.
