10 INFORMATION CONCERNING 2015 NOMINEES DISTRICT SECRETARY Joel Gentz: Jason Nicholls: Joel serves as the Senior Pastor at Bethel Missionary Church. He has previously served as an Associate Pastor at Trinity Church, Middleburg Heights, OH. Joel currently serves on the Credentialing Committee as Secretary. Jason serves as the Senior Pastor at Redeemer Missionary Church. He has pastored there for 12 years. He has served on various teams and study committees in the past as well. Currently, Jason serves on the Governance Board as Secretary and on the Credentialing Committee. GOVERNANCE BOARD (RATIFIED) Amado Lopez: John Smarrella: Amado is the Senior Pastor at Luz y Vida Church. He currently serves on the Governance Board. John is a Partner in the Corporate Department of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He is a member of St. Mark Missionary Church, where he serves on the Board of Trustees. He also has served as Treasurer, Sunday School Teacher and Small Group Leader at SMMC. In addition to SMMC, John currently serves on the Board of Directors of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra Association and on the People Committee of Spring Hill Camps, Inc. and is a past member of the Board of Directors of Spring Hill Camps, Downtown South Bend, Inc. and Ray Bird Ministries. GOVERNANCE BOARD (ELECTED) Gerald Rasler: Gerald is retired after 20 years as a Public School Administrator at Northridge High School. He was also a high school choir director for 23 years prior to becoming an administrator. Gerald is a member at Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church, where he is active in the church music ministry. Previously, he has twice served as Interim Minister of Music for an extended period of time, and he has served on the Brenneman Church Board for many years, holding the position of board chair/vice chair for several years. Ron Wiseman: Ron is a Manufacturer s Representative at EverGreen RV in Middlebury, IN. He is a member at Cedar Road Missionary Church, where he holds the positions of Treasurer, Sunday School Teacher, and Pastor s Prayer Partner. Previously he has served as Deacon and Youth Sponsor. Ron formerly served on the Finance Committee as well. 4

11 Bob Andrews: Mike Peters: Bob serves as Minister at Devon Oasis Ministry Center/Our Savior Missionary Church in Chicago, and as Research Assistant at Loyola University, Chicago. He presently serves on the Governance Board. Mike serves as Senior Pastor at Bethany Missionary Church. Currently he serves on the Credentialing Committee and as an E-3 Cluster Leader. Mike has formerly served as Assistant to the District Superintendent, Governance Board, Management Team, Finance Committee, Bylaws Committee, Pastoral Salary & Benefits Committee, and Vision Team. PRAIRIE CAMP BOARD (RATIFIED) Peter Metzger: Bob Rude: Denny Yoder: Peter is a Help Desk Analyst (IT) for the University of Notre Dame. He is a member at Redeemer Missionary Church. Peter has had previous experience as Worship Team Member at Epic Church, and has produced many videos at Epic Church as well. Bob is retired, having worked at Trane Company (Air Conditioning & Heating) for 45 years, where he was responsible for large industrial equipment and was well respected for his troubleshooting skills. He has extensive experience with tools, electricity, and making calculated decisions. He is a member of Koontz Lake Missionary Church, and Bob serves as a Trustee there. Denny is retired, after working 30+ years in the business world. Currently, he is employed at Nappanee Missionary Church as Global Impact Coordinator, where he facilitates and coordinates the short term mission program. Denny is a member of Nappanee Missionary Church. He leads the Wednesday night ESPMen s group and plans for special events such as Feed My Starving Children. In the past, Denny has served on the Missions Management Team and the Church Board. 5
