3 FOREWORD This Final Cumulative Index includes bills, joint resolutions, and resolutions introduced for the 2008 Special Session II of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia, which convened June 23, The General Assembly adjourned sine die July 9, 2008, reconvened August 20, 2008, pursuant to Section 6 of Article IV of the Constitution of Virginia, and adjourned sine die August 20, Legislative measures are indexed by subject, showing bill numbers, code sections, and chief patrons. The Chapter numbers assigned for the 2008 Special Session II Acts of Assembly are also included.
