Notification In exercise of the powers vested in her under Sub- Section (1) of the Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint Miss Shilpi Beakta HAS (P) Assistant Commissioner (Dev.) Cum-Block Development Officer, Nichar at Bhabanagar Kinnaur Distt at Reckong Peo (HP) to be the Executive Magistrate with the powers of Executive Magistrate under the said code to be exercised within the jurisdiction of Sub Division Nichar subject to the conditions contained in the Himachal Pradesh Government Home Department s Letter No. Home-B (B)-12-5/84, dated & only for performing the following functions:- 1. Attestation of Affidavits under the Indian Oath Act. 2. Issue of SC, ST and other backward classes certificate. 3. Any other miscellaneous functions of Executive Magistrate so entrusted by District Magistrate or Government other than those which involves, recording of evidence, sifting of evidence, application of mind and issue of order etc. She shall cease to function as Executive Magistrate on her transfer.
