2 Constitution Article Number: 4 Regulation Number: 1 The Board of Directors of the MJMHA shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Past President, Treasurer, Secretary, and a minimum of nine (9) Directors The Board of Directors of the MJMHA shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Past President, Treasurer, Secretary, and a minimum of Ten (10) Directors Add the position of Tournament Director

5 Constitution Article Number: 4 Regulation Number: 8 None 8. Members who are elected to the MJMHA BOD must sign a confidentiality agreement at the first meeting of the New Board of Directors. This is a practice this is followed, preferred for it to be known in the constitution

6 Constitution Article Number: 6 Bylaw Number: A Regulation Number: 6 Appoint Ex-Official members to act as a liaison between the parent organization and the Association. These members may include coaches representative, Tier l and Tier ll Division Commissioners, Parks and Recreation Department of City Hall, the Referees Association, S.H.A., Referee and Chief and any others deemed necessary by the Board. The ex-official members shall not have voting privileges. Appoint Ex-Official members to act as a liaison between the parent organization and the Association. These members may include coaches representative, Tier AA and A Division Commissioners, Parks and Recreation Department of City Hall, the Referees Association, S.H.A., Referee and Chief and any others deemed necessary by the Board. 7 Constitution Article Number: 4 Bylaw Number: C Regulation Number: 2 The Vice-President, after serving one year as Vice-President, will automatically become President in his/her second year. The President, after serving one year as President will automatically become Past-President in his/her third year. The Vice President and President will be voted in on a two-year team, on opposite years Make both the Vice President and President voted in on 2 years terms ending in opposite years, elected members will hold the same position for both years of the term.

Any suspension levied for actions not listed in the Association s rules will be considered at a Board of Directors meeting, to take place as soon as conveniently possible. Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, appoint such members as may be required to assist with the duties involved in clinics; and c. Where neither the President nor the Vice-President is available to act for the MJMHA, act in the place of the President, on behalf of MJMHA. Chairman of Discipline will be a non- voting member of the MJMHA Board of Directors With the positon of past president removed, the board needs a director of discipline
