The initially zero-funded items are uniforms. The organization responded Dave saying that they already purchased the equipment. The organization claim in the Fall 3 period that they did not purchase the uniform 1. (Dave) Motion to approve pending purchase date, Terry seconded, vote 6-0-1, passed. b. Illinois Women s Rowing Club i. When filling out the application, the organization put in an incorrect date for the event. In fact, the event date was within the fall 2 deadline. They were not traveling outside the period. The treasurer did not respond to any Dave sent. 1. (Dave) Motion to approve the appeal, Adam seconded, vote 6-0-1, passed. c. University of Illinois Sailing Club i. The request is in Spring 5. The organization purchased 7 more pieces of equipment than requested. The organization appealed within 30 days. 1. (Dave) Motion to approve pending purchase date, Terry seconded, vote 6-0-1, passed. d. Asian Pacific American Coalition (APAC) i. The first issue is a technical issue in which the treasurer was not able to submit the application online. 1. The organization is traveling to the same event but applied separately for its female and male participants. The two events are determined to be separate events by the board.
