30 30 SSS - H&T 22" December 2015 Considering all these aspects, we do not feel that it is necessary to reduce the fee of the college for and by 50% on the ground that it has given false information. It is necessary to note that for those years whenever DTE stopped admissions, the college approached the High Court and the High Court either by interim order or even final order directed admissions in tlie coliege. All these relate back to the date of deficiencies found in the college as if these deficiencies were not relevant.
