1 (132nd General Assembly) (Substitute House Bill Number 347) AN ACT To enact sections , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , and of the Revised Code to designate multiple memorial highways. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio: SECTION 1. That sections , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , and of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: Sec That portion of the road known as state route number sixty, running in a northerly and southerly direction between the intersection of that route and county road number ninety-seven and the intersection of that route and the southern boundary of the municipal corporation of Zanesville in Muskingum county, shall be known as "Lieutenant Michael J. Lutz Sec That portion of the road known as state route number one hundred forty-six, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the intersection of that route and Musselman drive and the intersection of state route number one hundred forty-six and Shannon valley road, in Muskingum county, shall be known as "Deputy Sheriff Robert M. Tanner, Jr. Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number four, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and north Fair avenue and the intersection of that route and state route number one hundred twenty-nine, in Butler county only, shall be known as the "Firefighter/Paramedic Patrick Wolterman Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number two hundred seventy, commencing at the interchange of that route and state route number three and extending to the intersection of interstate route number two hundred seventy and Cleveland avenue, in Franklin county, shall be known as the "Officers Anthony Morelli and Eric Joering
2 2 Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number three hundred seventeen, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Gerling boulevard and the intersection of that route and Wingate road, in Madison township in Franklin county only, shall be known as the "Patrolman Dane L. Rowe Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-one between the Dana avenue exit and the Montgomery road exit, in Hamilton county, shall be known as the "Officer Sonny L. Kim Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route number forty within the village of Kirkersville only, in Licking county, shall be known as the " Kirkersville Chief Steven "Eric" DiSario Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number ninety-three running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction between the intersections of that route and state route number five hundred sixteen and that route and sunset boulevard road northwest in Tuscarawas county shall be known as the "PFC Oscar F. Nicewander Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number sixty-five between the intersections of Elm street and Rosedale place, in the municipal corporation of Rossford in Wood county, shall be known as the "Marine Sgt. David R. Christoff Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number five hundred twenty running in an easterly and westerly direction between the intersections of that route and state route number five hundred fourteen and that route and United States route number sixty-two in Holmes county shall be known as the "Cpl. Jerry Robert Spitler Sec In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise,
3 3 that portion of the road known as state route number four, running in a southwesterly and northeasterly direction, between the intersection of that route and Barks road west and that route and Gooding road, in Marion county only, shall be known as the "Army Cpt. Stephen J. Chaney Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of state route number fifty-five, running in an easterly and westerly direction, commencing at the intersection of that route and state route number five hundred seventy-one and extending to the intersection of that route and state route number forty-eight, in Miami county only, shall be known as the "PFC Marc L. Cole Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number one hundred sixty-four, within the municipal corporation of Bergholz only, shall be known as the "Pvt. David Rhoades Memorial Highway." Sec In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as United States route number thirty, running in an easterly and westerly direction, between the intersection of that route and state route two hundred thirty-one and the intersection of that route and state route five hundred ninety-eight, in Wyandot and Crawford counties, shall be known as the "First Lt. Harry L. Martin Sec In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number thirty-three between McCalla road and township road number ninety-nine, in Logan county only, shall be known as the "Army Staff Sgt. Dennis J. Hansen Sec In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number thirty-three between township road number ninety-nine and county road number one hundred thirty, in Logan county only, shall be known as the "Army National Guard Sgt. Jeremy M. Hodge Sec In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of United States route number thirty-three between east Sandusky avenue and county road number five, in Logan county only, shall be known as the "Marine Gunnery Sgt.
