ODOT surveys roadways in 1/1 th mile segments for 14 types of deficiencies related to barriers, pavement, pavement markings, and signals. 14

15 Travel Time Reliability (TTRI) State Goal: 88% State Total: 94% This CSF measures the percent of time between 5am and 9pm that ODOT s roads operate at free flow speeds. 15

16 Snow and Ice Control State Goal: 96% State Total: 96% This CSF measures the percent of Ohio s interstates and 4-lane divided highways that return to expected speeds within two hours of a snow and/or ice event. Expected speeds are based on factors including speed limit, time of day, and day of week. 16
