Steve Connelly John seconded. V. GUEST SPEAKER: A. Mike Muzzy NRCS EQIP Accepting applications for RCPP EQIP MN Ag. WQCP and SE feedlot programs through March 2 nd, CStP 2018 sign-up period runs through March 2 nd, Local Work Group Meeting - Meeting is set up for March 22, 2018 after the SWCD Board Meeting at 9:30am in the 2122 Campus Drive, Conference Room A. Ultima Staff still has not been hired. Gary Watson s replacement is out for hire. Area staff is minimal, few state employees still housed at the area level. B. Allison Bender Whitewater State Park Green Corps Member Watershed Education LEGO Project with a 60 x 80 Model of the Whitewater Watershed. During Spring break, area youth will construct the model in x 10 sections so the model can be transported easily. The Model will be used in the community at local fairs and events and will also be displayed at Whitewater State Park.

LEGO Topographic Model-Whitewater Steve Connelly To contribute $250 of Capacity Funds toward the project in hopes to use at the County Fair, Farm shows, etc. E. Capacity Funding Technical Asst. District Compensation Steve Connelly 20% for State Cost Share projects as always Capacity Grant. Actual time on Capacity fund projects supported by staff time logs. Motion carries. Action Items:
