May Aug 2008 Collaborator with Lear and Center for Advanced Procurement of Tor Vergata University in a procurement consulting project for Acea S.p.a., a major Italian hydro-electric utility company. The project is the first attempt to establish an innovative internal procurement system based on efficient tendering strategies that include rewarding suppliers reputation based on past contract performance. The main tasks covered are: statistical analysis of data concerning audits on the quality of the supplies and on labor security, collaboration in the development of the vendor rating system merging data on the suppliers performance and a mechanism of preferences revelation on the same aspects, co-authoring the related reports.
