1 hip & governance Index One of the major threads running through this year s report is the crisis of in which has grown on a national and global scale. As citizens lose faith in democratic institutions and geopolitical conflicts proliferate, it is clear that a lack of hip in the world today is contributing overall to a hip crisis. The aim of this chapter is to provide a global overview on the perception of hip across various sectors. Using a methodology based on the National Index created by the Center for Public at the Harvard Kennedy School, the respondents of the Survey on the Agenda have rated their in the of their countries. The Index uses 37 indicators to better capture the perceptions of and challenges facing global hip, with the final results hip across national and regional levels, as well as by sector. In order to highlight the diverse and multistakeholder nature of hip in the 21st century, we have emphasized the s per sector, which are displayed overleaf.
