9 2.4 in social and cultural fields We should not focus only/mainly on the capability to make economic profits in short or long term. The Shared Value theory is a management strategy focused on companies creating measurable business value by identifying and addressing social problems that intersect with their business. The shared value framework creates new opportunities for companies, civil society organizations, and governments to leverage the power of marketbased competition in addressing social problems.

12 To empower our school of thought, we need people - such entrepreneurs and managers but even teachers and lectures - to spread our education and messages: what is really important (referring to many american and british surveys) is to begin very early at school. Not only because that period is the best one to create the fundamental pillars, but even because it is very important to implement and allow a positive peer effects amongst younger and senior people. Generally, a good education allows the the development of pro-social attitudes, like trust, loyalty, reciprocity, capability to cooperate, patience, allow to grow individual skills, that can be expressed even - in volunteerism.

13 4.2 Work, entrepreneurship and innovation: working together for a sustainable and inclusive development These soft skills, are considered by the psychological and economical literature as success factors both at work and in social relationships. Politics derives from the greek adjective πολιτικός, itself derived from πόλις (city). It was the term used to designate to what belongs to the dimension of the common life, then, to the State (πόλις) and to the citizen (πολίτης). everyone has to care to our societies, especially those people (like entrepreneurs and business leaders) who have social and economical responsibilities. Too many times, the easiest solution to govern a local community or a Country is based on bureaucracy and too tight technical solutions, made on statistical surveys and averages. 5.1 Each citizen is not a number; an entrepreneur is not a lemon to be squeezed; a worker is not buyer. We should teach bureaucrats to call and consider citizen as a person and to respect the essential dignity of each one.
