Ms. Loucks advised the Board this case was heard in January 2014 and the fines imposed were in excess of the maximum fines for the offenses cited. 15 Discussed rule change for issuing CE credits to the Board Members and update rule to allow Laws and Rules credit for licensees attending the meeting. Ms. Loucks will bring drafts for discussion to the next meeting. Mr. Biggins will provide suggestions regarding requiring background checks. Ms. Loucks will look into issue of initial license prior to applying for additional business not at same meeting. PROSECUTING ATTORNEY S REPORT Thomas Campbell, Esq., Assistant General Counsel Mr. Campbell directed the Board s attention to the details of the report, which he distributed to the members.
