4 EXPLANATORY NOTE CONCERNNG BY-LAW NO_ AREA AFFECTED: The popety affected is located al 326 Bagol Steet. PURPOSE: The pupose of the application is to equest peonission to constuct a 9 stoey 120 dwelling unit esidential apatment building. The poposed developmenl will be accessed fom Bago! Steet, a local oad. EFFECT: The effect is to pemit a zone modification with the following changes to the C1-23 Zone: intoduce a esidential apatment dwelling, inceased esidential density, inceasee maximum numbe of dwelling units, establish the build-toplane at the popety line, inceased building height to angula plane and inceased encoachment into the angula plane.
