Ogle, Liquidating Trustee 1 The Debtors in these Chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtor's federal tax identification number, include: Erickson Incorporated (7561); EAC Acquisition Corporation (3733); Erickson Helicopters, Inc. (5052); Erickson Transport, Inc. (9162); Evergreen Helicopters International, Inc. (1311); Evergreen Equity Inc. (9209); and Evergreen Unmanned Systems, Inc. (3961). Proof of No. 205 filed by Aviall Services, Inc. is allowed in the amount of $200, The objection to Proof of No. 427 filed by World Fuel Services, Inc. is withdrawn. 3. The Trustee s objection to Proof of No. 239 for $4,040, filed by Bell Helicopter / Textron, Inc. ( Bell ) is hereby withdrawn. Bell s allowed general unsecured claim of $4,040, shall replace and supersede the scheduled claim of Bell for $4,000, The objection to Proof of No. 177 filed by MT Texas, LLC is withdrawn. 5. The objection to Proof of No. 296 filed by Boeing Company is withdrawn and Bowing Company shall hold an allowed claim for $1,700, which claim supersedes and replaces the scheduled claim to $269, Except as specifically noted above, the Objection is granted as provided herein. 7. Except as specifically noted above, the claims shown on Exhibit A to this Order are hereby disallowed and expunged from the official claims register. 8.
