The queries raised by the prospective bidders in the meeting and through on the above mentioned tender references were discussed thread barely and the following recommendations were made for approval: SUPPLY OF DRUGS & MEDICAL CONSUMABLES (Group-I), Bid ref No. OSMCL/ /DRUGS-DHS-GR/01:- Sl. The Cl. No is amended as follows: Tenderers (manufacturer/ in case of wholly owned marketing entity of the manufacturer such as a wholly owned marketing subsidiary/ marketing division of the manufacturing company the manufacturers turnover ) shall have a minimum turnover of: Rs.50 Crs or more on an average during last (3) three financial years in India for the items from Sl. General Clarification on Price Bid The bidders have to quote the prices as per the Format mentioned in Price BOQ in the e tender portal. The prices (Rates) are to be quoted per tab/ caps /bottle/amp./vial/pfs/tube/kit/cylinder/jar/film/piece/lit./ kg./gm/test. etc( as the case may be) and not in unit pack, the quoted price includes excise duty, packing, forwarding / transportation & Door Delivery and excludes SALES TAX/ VAT & ENTRY TAX. N:B:- 1. The amendments mentioned above are to be treated as amendments in the technical specification(s) and term(s) and condition(s) of the above tender references. All other technical specifications and terms conditions remain unchanged. 2.
