2 CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS WIN ONE FREE 0.5L DUVEL DISTILLED BOTTLE Article These rules apply to the WIN ONE FREE 0.5L DUVEL DISTILLED BOTTLE contest organised by Duvel Moortgat NV, company registration no , whose registered office is established at Breendonkdorp 58, 2870 Puurs, Belgium, hereafter referred to as DUVEL This contest will commence on the 12 th of August 2013 and will end on the 14 th of October 2013 at 24h00. This is a temporary campaign with purchase obligation by means of which DUVEL will grant each winner 1 out of 100 free Duvel Distilled bottles of 0.5L as part of a contest The prize winners will be selected based upon a contest formula, as described in Article 5 below. Article This is a contest with purchase obligation. 2.2 The contest is open to everyone who has reached the age of 18 years and who is domiciled in Belgium excluding those persons as stated below in article The following are excluded from participating in the contest: (a) employees of DUVEL or companies associated with DUVEL and their marketing advisers, as well as their respective family members residing at the same address, and (b) anyone who is either directly or indirectly associated with the organisation of this contest. Article 3 In the event of any misuse, deception or fraud DUVEL expressly reserves the right to exclude the participant(s) involved from participating in this and/or other DUVEL contests. Article 4 The contest prize is one free bottle Duvel Distilled of 0.5L. This price is fixed and therefore not exchangeable, not even for other goods nor its value in cash. Article Only one participation per person and per address will be allowed. Contestants can therefore only win one free 0.5 L Duvel Distilled bottle following this contest formula: a. find the unique code that is mentioned on the booklet attached to each limited edition 5 cl sample bottle of Duvel Distilled that is offered in a limited number of stores during the contest period as a gift that you receive upon buying 18x 33cl of Duvel (24 * 33 cl). b. go to the contest page and follow the instructions on the page. To confirm their participation contestants must enter the unique code referred to in step a) as well as their last name, first name, address, address and telephone number.

3 c. Then the contestants have to answer both questions below: Main question: In what year did DUVEL start the production of Duvel Distilled? Tiebreak question: How much subscriptions will we receive for the WIN ONE FREE 0.5L DUVEL DISTILLED BOTTLE contest from the 12 th of August 2013 untill the 14 th of October 2013? 5.2 The contest page will close on 14 October 2013 at 24h00 and the winners will be selected on the basis of: 1) Correct reply to the knowledge question; and 2) Correct reply or the closest reply to the tie-break question. As to the tie-break question, the time nearest to but higher than the correct answer will take priority over the same time but lower than the correct answer. In the event of a tie, the person whose answer was received first will win. Article 6. There will not be any communication about the contest apart from the participation itself, not by letter, neither by telephone, nor by . Article DUVEL, its employees, or any third parties called upon to assist with this contest can never under any circumstances be held liable for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, that could arise from the organisation of this contest, including the participation in the contest, the selection of the winners and the prize hand out Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and the limitations of the internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, the risk of failures and, more generally speaking, the risks inherent to any connection and transfer via the internet, the absence of security of certain details against possible diversions and the risks of contamination by possible viruses on the network. DUVEL, its staff members, or any third parties called upon to assist with this contest can never under any circumstances be held liable for among others: Internet transmission faults; incorrect operation of the internet or the software used; the consequences of viruses, bugs, anomalies, technical faults; or any technical, hardware or software faults. DUVEL can never in any way be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from any failure, or for any malfunction whatsoever, the exclusion of participants or the cancellation of the contest for whichever reason. This also applies to any direct or indirect loss or damage which could arise from connecting to the site. All participants must take the necessary precautions in order to secure their personal details and software programs on their computer against any type of contamination. The participants bear full responsibility for the connection to the DUVEL site and participation in the contest.

DUVEL reserves the right to amend the contest or part thereof, to postpone it, to shorten or cancel it due to, for example, although this list is not exhaustive, unforeseen circumstances, changes in legislation or following a decision from the competent Federal Government Department (FOD). If such an amendment is implemented, participants or other persons do not have any right to claim any damages or compensation whatsoever Any disputes will be settled by the courts of Mechelen (including the magistrates court) and will be governed exclusively by Belgian law. Article 8 Any dispute regarding the contest and its procedure will be declined. Article 9 All participants must identify themselves. When participating in the contest, all participants must enter their personal contact details on the website. The personal details entered on the contest form will exclusively and irrevocably determine who has performed the act of participation and therefore the identity of the rightful winner. Article 10 The provisions of the Data Protection Act dated 8 December 1992 for the processing of personal details will apply. Any details provided by the participant through this contest will be processed by Duvel Moortgat NV, company registration no , whose registered office is located at Breendonkdorp 58, 2870 Puurs, Belgium. These details will only be used for the following purposes: - Processing the contest participation; - Contacting the winners; - Informing the participant about interesting DUVEL products/services (direct marketing). If participants do not wish to receive such information, they can opt out on the contest form. The aforementioned act gives participants the right to view and correct personal data.
