1 Town of Manchester, Maine E. Patrick Gilbert Town Manager February 22, 2019 To Whom It May Concern: The Town of Manchester is seeking bids for 1) a one-time landscaping project at the Town Office building; 2) a two-year contract with a possible 3 rd year extension for landscaping at various sites in Town; and 3) a twoyear contract with a possible 3 rd year extension for mowing two ballfields and a few other sites in town. If you are interested in any or all of them, I have attached the details for each contract.
