APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF SUITABILITY IN TERMS OF SECTION 78 OF THE NORTH WEST GAMBLING ACT 2001, (Act No.2 OF 2001), AS AMENDED. Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended ( the Act ), that the North West Gambling Board ( the Board ) received an application for a Certificate of Suitability from Munpanor (Pty) Ltd trading as, Vegas Gaming Group, a company contracted to render the following administration and management services at Eliocube (Pty) Ltd trading as, Vegas Bingo Vryburg and Rustenburg: 1. Corporate Governance; 2. Business Administration; 3. Strategic Management; and 4. Audit. Munpanor (Pty) Ltd lodged the application in terms of the provisions of section 78 of the North West Gambling Act, which states that The Board may prohibit a licensee from contracting with any supplier for the purchase of goods or services in terms of the Act, including the rental of premises, or with any lender, until such supplier or lender has obtained a certificate of suitability from the Board and paid the expenses of the Board relative thereto. Munpanor (Pty) Ltd is registered in terms of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, bearing registration number: 2017/132304/07. This notice seeks to invite and afford interested persons an opportunity to view the application which will be lying open for public inspection and to lodge their written representations in relation thereto, if any, with the North West Gambling Board, at 131 University Drive, between 08h30 16h30, for a period of one (1) month, commencing on 01 March 2019 until 31 March Persons wishing to make representations, be either comments or objections, in relation to any application submitted to the Board, shall do so in writing and such representations shall contain the following information: a) The name of the applicant to which representations relate; b) The grounds on which representations are made; c) The name, address, telephone, and facsimile numbers of the person submitting representations; and d) Whether or not the person making representations wish to make an oral presentation at the hearing of the application. APPLICATIONS FOR SITE OPERATOR LICENCES AND AMENDMENT OF LICENCE AS CONTEMPLATED BY SECTION 45 (A) READ TOGETHER WITH SECTION 54 OF THE ACT Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended ( the Act ), that the North West Gambling Board ( the Board ) received applications for Site Operator Licences, as listed below.
