In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the North West Gambling Regulations, 2002, published in Provincial Notice No 5823 of 2002 (PG 353 OF 25 November 2002 as amended. Amendment of regulation Regulation 70 of the Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution for Regulation 70 of the following Regulation: "70 Application fees Applications must be accompanied by the following non -refundable application fees. ". Insertion of Chapter 80A 18. The following Chapter is hereby inserted after Chapter 80 - "CHAPTER 80A Administrative enalties () ()( ) p 304A. 1 The Board shall in terms of section 4 1 xxi of the Act im ose the administrative penalties as set out in the table below for non -corn pliance with the rovisions of the Act the Rules and the Licence Conditions as im osed b the Board. These regulations are called the North West Gambling Amendment Regulations, 2017 and come into effect on the date of publication in the Gazette.
