Thomas Caggiano, and dozens of other filed cases against Thomas Caggiano filed by corrupt Government officials and employees in the City of Trenton, Boroughs of Stanhope, Hopatcong, Stillwater and other corrupt municipal courts through-out the infested Judiciary branch of New Jersey. as even after notification to the corrupt FBI my wife, bother and his wife and I were all mentally and emotionally distressed by three Canadian Officials which has been reporting to the U.S. Embassy in Canada, the U.S. Secretary of State and U.S Treasury IRS Criminal investigators Joel Ernst and Jarret Wade as I met the U. S. Treasury IRS Special Agents on Sep 19, 2013 for the fourth time in the Las Vegas, Nv office report massive tax fraud, bribery, disbursement of federal and state, county and municipal funds as the corruption continues by five plaintiffs using tax payer funds to prevent all due process, violated my due process rights, and rights of freedom of speech and assembly and to protect private property and other rights by criminal violation of the U.S. Constitution and New Jersey and court rules by complicity,judicial fraud, misconduct as now demonstrated by U.S. magistrate George Foley Jr. as Senator Heller NV has requested a Senate investigation of the Department of Justice and written the U.S. Postmaster General concerning the misconduct of the U.S.P.S. Criminal investigation unit not to investigate repeated mailed threats to my wife and myself, mail fraud, wire fraud and harassment. 6. The corruption extends to the Chief Judge, State of NV Eight Juducial District, Clark County Court, Judge Jennifer P. Togliatti and her court staff and Jury Commissionerr as false judical records were entered in the court system as can be confirmed by contacting the supervisor of the court sclerks filing office.
