EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: In accordance with City Council direction, this report is submitted on a monthly basis to identify new development applications received by the Development Services Department. The Department received the following applications in July Deposit Based New Development - 9 applications Banner Permit- 1 application Home Occupation Permit- 7 applications Special Activity Permit - 7 applications Sign Permit- 4 applications Tree Removal Permit- 5 applications Temporary Use Permit- 1 application Zoning Compliance Letter- 5 applications
