Analyzed and interpreted data from a mixed methods study, compared findings against national studies and best practice models Facilitated focus groups of family violence service.providers in New York City to gather information and compare initial data findings. Presented findings via teleconference to IRC technical units to disseminate research findings and made recommendation for program design.

April August 2008 Center for Victims of Torture, Partners in Trauma Healing Initiative Phnom Penh, Cambodia Developed a psychosocial rehabilitation mental health service providers working with survivors of human rights violations in Cambodia; Facilitated 2-week training to Cambodian mental health practitioners; Assessed and evaluated trainees competencies and prepared recommendation for future training, supervision and overall program direction.
