2 International Forestry Resources and Institutions (IFRI) Research Associate September 2011 January 2013 Conduct research for IFRI-Moore Foundation Project: Explaining Protected Area Outcomes in the Andes-Amazon Region Review key publications on forest outcomes and deforestation to identify the most commonly used models and factors to explain forest cover outcomes Identify critical social indicators associated with global and regional variations in forest related social and ecological outcomes in community-managed forests Create IFRI-Moore dataset using existing data in the IFRI database on 250 forest sites around the world Analyze IFRI-Moore dataset using statistical techniques including factor analysis, random forests classification and appropriate multivariate regression models Water Users Association Support Program (WUASP) Osh, Kyrgyzstan Program Evaluator August 2009 April 2010 Designed and implemented a comprehensive program evaluation of a Water Users Association capacity building program in the Osh, Jalalabad and Batken provinces of Kyrgyzstan.
