Emergency Telecommunications Coordinator - Wali A. Noor (wali.noor@wfp.org) The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster is supporting humanitarians in Aden, Al Hudaydah, Ibb, Sana'a and Sa ada governorates with much needed security telecommunications, including Communication Centres, IT support and connectivity and power charging stations.
