In addition the Cluster facilitates access to storage and WFP-managed fuel distribution points in Sana'a, Aden and Al Hudaydah for 33 organisations and access to cargo transport. Emergency Telecommunications Coordinator - Wali A. Noor (wali.noor@wfp.org) The Emergency Telecommunications Cluster is supporting humanitarians in Aden, Al Hudaydah, Ibb, Sana'a and Sa ada governorates with much needed security telecommunications, including Communication Centres, IT support and connectivity and power charging stations.
