An appeal against Port State Control actions in Ukraine should be submitted: To the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety (14 Peremohy Ave., Kyiv, 01135, Ukraine) as the first instance by a shipmaster or a shipowner. If a party wants to file an appeal for decision of the State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety (the first instance), appropriate Flag State Administration or Classification Society should address an appeal to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine in a written form (14 Peremohy Ave., Kyiv, 01135, Ukraine).
