9 Example from Cameroon «Où est ma bière?» En 1993, Peter Eigen quitte son emploi à la Banque mondiale et crée une association d utilité publique pour lutter contre la corruption à l échelle mondiale. Aux yeux de bien des gens, ce projet apparaît à l époque comme une pure folie. Et lorsqu en 2008, Gabriel Ngwé quitte l Allemagne pour s engager contre la corruption dans son pays d origine, le Cameroun, il rencontre la même réaction.

Officially registered non-profit migrant organizations in Germany involved in development projects in the country of origin. MO contributes 50% of the budget (min. 10% financially, 40% manpower and/or supplies) Financial subsidies Consultancy & further training Networking Public relations Placing experts & interns via CIM Returning Experts Programme

Testing measures that would bring a three-fold benefit from migration for the origin country, the destination country and the migrants themselves So called SET professions (science, engineering and technology): Vietnam and Indonesia nursing and care: Bosnia-Herzegovina and Albania Placement Service Assistance in and monitoring of all stages of the migration Scientific monitoring
