A officer at Menara Ikhlas/region will check employer s submission and advise if documents are in order before proceeding to the next step. A Quota Interview will be held at Immigration to evaluate the number of approved foreign workers to work at the company. The employer can proceed to the next step if the number of approved foreign worker has not been exceeded. If the number of workers has already exceeded the approved limit, the company may not hire the PATI. ELIGIBLE SUBMIT PASSPORT The Employer can submit PATI s passport to Menara Ikhlas/region if examination meets the requirements. AP ISSUE IMMIGRATION Issuance of AP (Akuan Penerimaan) will be made by Immigration as a temporary passport.

3 PERMIT PRINTED IMMIGRATION MENARA IKHLAS / REGION Once the application is successful, the permit will be printed and employer will receive a call or an SMS from a officer for permit collection. PRINTED-PENDING DELIVERY
