7 The Brazil visa application requires that applicants upload digital images of their signature, photograph and supporting documents into the online visa application. Signature: Please sign your name on a white piece of paper, using a black or blue pen. Your signature must match the signature in your application. Next, either scan, or take a clear digital photo of your signature. Photograph: Please take a digital photo of yourself indoors on a white or off-white background. A physical copy of this same photo must be attached to the application. Travisa will print your digital photo for a $14.95 fee if you upload this digital photo into your Global Service Order Form.
