Russian Federation 1.1. In response to the crisis in Kyrgyz Republic, EMERCOM of Russia airlifted 25 MT of relief items listed below to the city of Bishkek with Il-76 aircraft on 27 May 2010: Summer tents Pamir kits (14,5 MT); Blankets 2000 pcs. (4 MT); Canned meat 480 boxes (6,5 MT) Taking into account deterioration of the situation in the Kyrgyz Republic, EMERCOM of Russia performed medical evacuation of 6 heavily injured people from Bishkek with Il-76 on 12 June 2010 to a specialized hospital in Moscow In response to the official request for urgent assistance issued by the Interim Government of Kyrgyz Republic, EMERCOM of Russia airlifted 129 MT of relief item listed below to Bishkek with three Il-76 on 16 June 2010: Blankets pcs. (30 MT); Sugar 30 MT; Canned meat 4020 boxes (54 MT); -1-

2 OPS(CEP)(2010) Canned fish 966 boxes (15 MT) All relief items were handed over to the representatives of the Ministry for Emergencies, Ministry of Health and State Reserves Agency of Kyrgyzstan. 2. United States 2.1. On 16 June 2010 the U.S. State Department announced assistance totalling $ million to programs for humanitarian relief, reconstruction, and community stabilization, and expects additional efforts to be announced in the near future. The funds will be directed to meeting immediate humanitarian needs, providing assistance to displaced and returning families, and also to address the roots of the conflict through community development and conflict mitigation programs in Southern Kyrgyz Republic Specifically: $217,000 in medical and relief supplies were released by the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek and have been delivered by plane to Osh and Jalalabad by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Health $3.65 million has been authorized for immediate expenditure by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) for humanitarian assistance to Southern Kyrgyz Republic including for the purchase and delivery of medicines, medical supplies, and shelter and hygiene items. USAID additional disaster expert staff is currently in Bishkek to liaise with U.N. agencies, NGOs, USG representatives, identify emergency humanitarian needs, and coordinate relief efforts in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek and U.S. Embassy in Tashkent $5.85 million has been authorized for immediate expenditure by USAID for community improvement and stabilization projects, including a broad range of community defined projects that may include construction of small scale infrastructure, assistance to improve government operations, job creation, and education for disenfranchised populations $15 million will be provided by USAID for immediate humanitarian relief in Southern Kyrgyz Republic and rapid community improvement and stabilization projects throughout the country The U.S. stands ready to provide up to $5 million in response to appeals from the International Committee of the Red Cross/Red Crescent and the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees for activities in the Kyrgyz Republic and Uzbekistan $1.5 million will be provided by the Department of State projects to support strong democratic processes and institutions, human rights protections, and an engaged civil society $1 million will be used by USAID to supplement supplies of fertilizers, fuel and other inputs this summer to help safeguard the fall harvest in the Kyrgyz Republic $50,000 has been allocated to respond to the refugee crisis in Uzbekistan As soon as the security situation allows, the U.S. Government will begin deliveries of medical and other supplies donated by U.S. corporations and charities to the Kyrgyz -2-

The Administration will also shortly seek Congressional approval for a project to engage civil society, law enforcement and the business community in addressing factors negatively affecting stability in Southern Kyrgyz Republic. 3. Italy 3.1. In response to the crisis in Kyrgyz Republic, Italy provided n. 2 Type A Kit Trauma and n. 2 Type B Kit Trauma (in support of the type A trauma kit) for a total value of 45,000 euro. The medical supplies were delivered on 6 May 2010 to the International Airport of MANAS (Bishek, Kyrgyzstan) and will be used by the International Health Organization (OMS) in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan. 4. Turkey tonnes of medical and humanitarian aid provided by Turkish Red Crescent were delivered to Kyrgyzstan on 15 June Lithuania 5.1. The Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs allocated a sum of approx euro for humanitarian assistance which will be transferred to the International Federation of Red Cross. 6. Georgia 6.1.
